BSc degree in Computer science, information systems, computer engineering, electrical & computer engineering ,information technology or related field of study.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience out of which 2 years as officer or equivalent.

B.Sc. degree in civil Engineering and related discipline.

A minimum of one year relevant work experience Ability of listening, Speaking, Reading & writing ‘Afaan Oromoo’ English and Amharic Language is Mandatory.
