Direct and control the employees of the branch according to the company policy and procedure of the cafe.

Order production to meet customer demands. Receive customer suggestions for the improvement of sales.

Control the hygiene of the shop and employees according to the requirements of Health regulators.

Open and close the Cafe daily, Close daily sales and prepare Z report etc.

BA degree/Diploma ain Hotel management or marketing management and 2/4 years of experience.
