Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the office compounds and maintains the cleanliness and serviceability of facilities, plant, grounds, and/or equipment including operationally of all utility system;
- Ensures effective and timely supply of items including requisition, receipt, storage, issue and the management and maintenance
- Ensures availability, suitability and maintenance of vehicle transport service to enable all components to perform their duties effectively and in a timely manner;
- Carries out various activities related to materials handling, warehousing and inventory control, and/or property management;
- Performs routine customer service-related activities, as appropriate to the position, such as security escort, providing directions to locations and/or services;
- Handle travel and transportation programs for all official travels;
- Manage leased property utilization and its proper maintenance;
- Identifies staffing requirements to meet the needs of the general service section
- Supervises and manages staff hired under the general service section
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Academic qualification
- Degree in Business Management, Logistics, Facility Management, Asset Management, or related field
Additional qualifications
- Able to communicate well
- Ability to prioritize and have excellent organizational skills
- Ability to create and work in a team with excellent work ethics
- Self-motivated and result-oriented;
- Basic Computer skill is mandatory
- Able to drive a light vehicle and has a driving license
- Young and energetic
Years of experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in a comparable position
Number of required positions: 2 (Two)
