Human Resource Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update personnel records in line with the HR guidelines;
  • Handle proper staff leave management and ensure a timely leave utilization is in place;
  • Ensure staff insurance, pension and other requirements are fulfilled in a timely manner;
  • Oversees and coordinates all HR administration tasks including hiring, conducting background and reference check, contracting, and terminating;
  • Update client’s and candidates databases and keep up to date records;
  • Handle vacancies announcements and follow-up the timely collection of applications;
  • Shortlist and screen applications as per the requirement set for the position;
  • Coordinate and manage interviews and written exam as required;
  • Ensures staff recruitment, induction, development, appraisal, and performance management are in line with the labor law;
  • Coordinates activities such as special events, meetings, travel, training, and staff gathering/retreat;
  • Build alliances and partnerships with clients and other partner organizations;
  • Perform other duties assigned and delegated by the line manager.


Academic qualification

  • Degree in Human Resource, Management, Project Management or related fields

Additional qualifications

  • Proficiency in English, both writing and speaking
  • Excellent  inter and Intra-personal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented and well-organized
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making aptitude

Years of experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resource, Management and related business field
