Human Resource Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain and update personnel records in line with the HR guidelines;
- Handle proper staff leave management and ensure a timely leave utilization is in place;
- Ensure staff insurance, pension and other requirements are fulfilled in a timely manner;
- Oversees and coordinates all HR administration tasks including hiring, conducting background and reference check, contracting, and terminating;
- Update client’s and candidates databases and keep up to date records;
- Handle vacancies announcements and follow-up the timely collection of applications;
- Shortlist and screen applications as per the requirement set for the position;
- Coordinate and manage interviews and written exam as required;
- Ensures staff recruitment, induction, development, appraisal, and performance management are in line with the labor law;
- Coordinates activities such as special events, meetings, travel, training, and staff gathering/retreat;
- Build alliances and partnerships with clients and other partner organizations;
- Perform other duties assigned and delegated by the line manager.
Requirements
Academic qualification
- Degree in Human Resource, Management, Project Management or related fields
Additional qualifications
- Proficiency in English, both writing and speaking
- Excellent inter and Intra-personal communication skills
- Self-motivated, result-oriented and well-organized
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
Years of experience:
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resource, Management and related business field
