Awash Bank invites competent and qualified candidates for the following position.

Position: Manager – Regional Human Resource & Administration

Job Qualification & Experience

BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Management, Business Administration, and Public Administration & Development Management or related discipline plus a minimum of 8 years experience in a Human Resource Management role preferably in the banking sector which 3 years in a supervisory position.

Skills Requirement: Knowledge of computer operation is mandatory

Place of Work:

East Region – Dire Dawa Town      

West Region – Nekemte Town   

Wolaita Sodo Region – Wolaita Sodo Town

Term of Employment: Permanent

Salary & Benefits: As per the Bank’s Salary Scale & Benefits Package
