Position 1: Branch Manager II

Education & Experience Requirements: First Degree in Management/ Economics/ Business Administration/ Accounting or any other related field of study with 7years of relevant experience and 2years of managerial experience is strongly preferred.

Place of Work: Assela Branch (Adama District)

 

Position 2: Corporate Business -Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) (Re-advertised)

Education & Experience Requirements: First Degree in Management/ Economics/ Business Administration/ Marketing Management Accounting or any related field of study with 6years of relevant banking experience.

Place of Work: Head Office (Corporate Banking Department)

 

Position 3: Manager- Leadership Development Team (Re-advertised)

Education & Experience Requirements: BA degree in Human Resources/ Organizational Development/ Business Management or related field with 6years of related experience

Place of Work: Head Office (HR Development Directorate)

 

Position 4: Principal Strategy Planning & Innovation Management Officer(Re-advertised)

Education & Experience Requirements: BA degree in Management/ Business Administration/ Economics or related field of study with 6years relevant experience

Place of Work: Head Office (Strategy Management Directorate).

 

Position 5: Principal Internal Processes & Trends IT Developer

Education & Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, /Information Technology/ Computer Engineering or related field of study with 6years of related experience.

Place of Work: Head Office (IT Innovation and Modernization Directorate)

 

Position 6: Senior Knowledge Management Officer (Re-advertised)

Education & Experience Requirements: BA degree in Human Resources/ Management/ Business Management/ Business Administration or related field with 4years of related experience.

Place of Work: Head Office (HR Development Directorate)

 

Position 7: Senior Attorney

Education & Experience Requirements: LLB Degree in Law or other relevant Field of Study with 4years of relevant experience.

Place of Work: Head Office (Legal Directorate)

 

Position 8: District Marketing Officer

Education & Experience Requirements: BA in Management/ Business Administration/ Accounting/ Marketing or any other relevant field of study with 2years of relevant experience.

Place of Work: Finfinne City District Offices, Nekemte and Adama District Offices

 

Position 9: District IT Officer

Education & Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, /Information Technology/ Computer Engineering or related field of study with 2 years of related experience.

Place of Work: Finfinne City District Offices, AdamaNekemte and Shashemane District Offices.

 

Position 10: Entrepreneurship Development Officer

Education & Experience Requirements: BA degree in Management/ Business Administration/ Economics or related field of study with 2years relevant experience Having TOT Certification is advantageous.

Place of Work: Head Office (Sales and CRM Directorate).
