Awash Bank invites competent and qualified candidates for the following positions.

Position 1: Principal – Human Resource Business Partnership Officer

Qualification & Experience: BA Degree in Public Administration, Management, Human Resource Management or related field plus a minimum of 7 years’ experience in related experience with a minimum of 2 years in Senior position.

 

Position 2: Principal- Performance and Result Management Officer

Qualification & Experience: BA Degree in Public Administration, Management, Human Resource Management or related field plus a minimum of 7 years’ experience in related field with a minimum of 2 years in Senior position.

 

Position 3: Principal – Technology Project Officer

Qualification & Experience: Bsc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or related disciplines with a minimum of 6 years in the area of IT project management like software projects, infrastructure projects or IT enabled business projects.

-Knowledge of IT project management

-Knowledge on recent database technologies

-Knowledge on recent programming/software development life cycle

-Knowledge on enterprise integration platforms

-Knowledge on operating systems on AIX, Linux and windows server

 

Position 4: Technology Project Officer-II

Qualification & Experience: Bsc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or related disciplines plus a minimum of 3 years in the area of IT project management like software projects, infrastructure projects or IT enabled business projects. A minimum of 1 years of Database Design and Analysis is required

-Knowledge of IT project management

-Knowledge on recent database technologies

-Knowledge on recent programing/software development life cycle

-Knowledge on enterprise integration platforms

knowledge on operating systems on AIX, Linux and windows server

 

Position 5: IT Project Quality Assurance Officer-II

Qualification & Experience: Bsc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or related disciplines plus a minimum of 4 years of experience in the area of IT project quality assurance, software testing and IT project management.

-Knowledge of IT project management

-Knowledge on recent software tests and Quality Assurance tools

Knowledge of enterprise applications SIT and UAT test case Development and Management

 

Position 6: Assistant Contact Center – Front Office

Qualification & Experience: BA Degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, or related discipline.

-Knowledge of Somali Language is Mandatory.

Term of Employment: Permanent for all Positions

Skills Requirement: Knowledge of computer operation is mandatory

Salary & Benefits: As per the Bank’s Salary Scale & Benefits Package
