Cooperative Bank of Oromia commercially licensed in October 2004 and commenced operations in March 2005. As there is no legal provisions that allow establishment of a cooperative bank in the country, the bank was registered in accordance with article 304 of the commercial code of Ethiopia.
Position 1: Internal Controller II
Education and Experience: BA, Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, and other Business-related fields and minimum of three years relevant Banking experience.
Language: Proven proficiency of Afaan Oromoo, Amharic and English Languages is Mandatory and having other local is advantageous.
Duty Station: Hossana District Office , Fetawrari Geja Geribo Branch ( Hossana town)
Registration Place: Hossana District Office.
Position 2: Store Management Officer
Education: Degree in Economics/ Accounting/Management/ Marketing management/Business Administration/supply and chain management or business-related fields.
Experience: 3 Year of relevant experience.
Language: Proven proficiency of Listening, Speaking and Writing Afan Oromo, Amharic and English are Mandatory.
Duty Station: Nekemte District Office
Registration Place: Nekemete District Office
Position 3: Manager, Operation Management I
Education and Experience: BA, Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, and other Business-related fields and minimum of four years relevant Banking experience.
Language: Proven proficiency of Afaan Oromoo, Amharic and English Languages is Mandatory and having other local is advantageous.
Duty Station: Hossana District Office , Fetawrari Geja Geribo Branch ( Hossana town)
Registration Place: Hossana District Office
Position 4: Manager, Human Capital Management Team
Education and Experience: BA degree in Economics, Management, Human Resources and other Business-related fields and minimum of Seven years related experience.
Language: Proven proficiency of Afaan Oromoo, Amharic and English Languages is Mandatory and having other local Languages is advantageous.
Duty Station: Hossana District Office
Registration Place: Head Office, Human Capital Business Partner Sub-Process (Located at Finfinne City, Bole Road, Dambel City Center 4th Floor (Kindly use lift no.06))
Remuneration: As per the Bank’s salary scale and benefit scheme
Terms of employment: Permanent after probationary period
