Cooperative Bank of Oromia total capital increased to ETB 10.7 billion after 17 years of successful operations, and its paid-up capital increased to ETB 7.02 billion. Using various deposit mobilization programs, the bank was able to gather ETB 83.02 billion from the conventional and interest-free banking sectors.
The bank allocated loans and advances to its customers engaged in various industries through its 567 branches, more than 80% of which are located in rural areas, resulting in an outstanding balance of ETB 75 billion.

Position 1: Customer Advisory Officer
Requirements: BA degree in Accounting /Management/Business Administration or any other related fields of study and three years of relevant banking or other customer service affiliated industries experience in customer contact operations/Customer Advisory Service.
Language: Proven proficiency of Afaan Oromoo, Amharic and English Languages is Mandatory.
Duty Station: Head Office
Customer Experience Sub-Process
Registration place: Head Office, Human Capital Business Partner Sub-Process (Located at Finfinne City, Kirkos Sub City, Dambel City Center 4th Floor (Kindly use lift no.06)).
Position 2: Branch Manager I
Educational Background: BA, Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, and other Business-related fields
Experience: Minimum of six years relevant Banking experience from which one year on Supervisory level.
Language: Proven proficiency of AfaanOromoo, Amharic and English are Mandatory.
Duty Station: Gedo Branch under Western Finfinne District
Place of Registration: Western Finfinne District
Remuneration: As per the Bank’s salary scale and benefit scheme
Terms of employment: Permanent after probationary period
