National Bank of Ethiopia was established in 1963 by proclamation 206 of 1963 and began operation in January 1964. Prior to this proclamation, the Bank used to carry out dual activities, i.e. commercial banking and central banking. The proclamation raised the Bank’s capital to Ethiopian dollars 10.0 million and granted broad administrative autonomy and juridical personality.

Position 1: Chief Transport Management Officer

Requirements: 2^nd Degree or above in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Marketing Management, Management, Business Management, Accounting, Accounting and Finance and Banking & Finance.

Experience: 7/5 years of experience for 2^nd degree or PhD holder, respectively, of which 2 years on Supervisory or Managerial position.

Required Skills:

• Leadership and strategic thinking
• Ability to plan, organize and prioritize
• Ability to lead & manage teams and decision-making skill
• Excellent  communication skills, in person speaking  and in writing in both English and Amharic languages
• Strong analytical & problem solving skills, Attention to detail, deadline oriented, Integrity is very important
• Organization, time management, and the ability to handle a complex, varied works at once
•  Good Knowledge of basic computer applications and different software or applications related to the job is must.
• Driving License is preferable;
• Training certificate on fleet / transport Management is made advantageous,
