About us:
Addis Home Finder Trading PLC is a private owned company engaged in Real Estate Property Marketing and sales. We are inviting qualified applicants for the following positions with an exciting working opportunity and attractive compensation packages for competitive applicants.
Major Duties (not all inclusive)
Involve in sales enablement promotion programs, market research on existing market conditions and evaluate business proposal in line with client demands
Execute direct marketing campaigns and attending marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness
liaise and correspond with customers and external sales agents, and working closely with sales department
Monitor production of marketing materials and oversee distribution of marketing materials
Assist on plan, coordinate and participate in marketing events
Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for sales and evaluate its effectiveness
conduct market research and prepare communication materials and document for internal and external communication
Perform any other assignments provided by immediate supervisor and other managers as required
Number of Posts: 2
Employment type: Permanent after short training and probation period completion
Job Purpose: promoting the business and mission through implementing and follow-ups marketing works/activities, campaign and communication initiatives to achieve Marketing plans.
Job Requirements
Qualification:
BA Degree in Management / Marketing/Accounting/Economics or related fields
Knowledge and Skill
Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
Information research and analysis experience
Product and service Knowledge
Passionate about work with a can-do attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Computer skill
Experience:
Two to Four-years of proven experience in a marketing officer, researcher or account executive positions or equivalent positions in similar organizations
