Addis Finder Trading PLC is a private owned company engaged in Real Estate Property Marketing and sales. We are inviting qualified applicants for the following positions with an exciting working opportunity and attractive compensation packages for competitive applicants
Manage and follow up end-to-end sales transaction, coordinate and engage team members to achieve the sales goals of the company and contributes to cross functional actions to enhance the performance of the company
Major Duties (not all inclusive)
Guide and motivate the external sales agents and internal sales team to meet their sales target
Oversee sales activities to ensure the sales teams are on the right track.
Make sure that the sales agents are reporting as per the requirement of the company
Ensure that all infrastructures and required promotional materials are readily available for the sales team.
Make sure that you have a record of a minimum of one house sale per month by yourself and the same minimum by your internal and external team
Undertake negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
Perform regular Follow-ups for all his/her assigned prospects and ensure all sales teams are doing the same
Search potential customers and generate leads.
Work with the Sales and/or sales and Marketing Manager to develop sales strategies, review their practicality and revise if necessary.
Employment type: Permanent after probation period completion
BA/MA Degree in marketing/management/business administration or any other related fields

Strong leadership qualities
Experience: At least 4/6-years proven experience in as sales positions in multi-culture setting organizations
